Tested by 300+ professionals

Dr Husovec tested and improved the system of teaching the Digital Services Act with more than 300 professionals during his live training sessions. This online course incoporates all that experience and know-how .

Martin's former students include lawyers and nonlawyers from leading tech companies, biggest consultancies and lawfirms, key NGOs, and civil servants from all the digital services regulators in the European Union.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Dr Martin Husovec

My daily job is being an Associate Professor of Law at London School of Economics (LSE). I have been researching and teaching platform regulation for more than 10 years.

I authored one of the first comprehensive books on the DSA, Principles of the Digital Services Act (OUP, 2024). Since 2022, I have trained more than 300 professionals on how to apply and think about Europe's new big Internet law, the Digital Services Act. This includes several big trainings for EU regulators.

Because I am at my capacity for in-person training, I decided to offer a more affordable, flexible and scalable option  pre-recorded courses  to the wider public. The extra benefit of online courses is that you can take them whenever you want and wherever you are.

Simplified Learning

Martin breaks down complex regulations into understandable explanations, actionable insights, and illustrative visuals.

Deep Expertise

Martin is an award-winning educator and a leading expert on the Digital Services Act who remains at the frontier of its application.

Instructive Examples

Martin relies on rich set of examples and hypotheticals to explain the problems and demonstrate the law in action.
